Nina is the face and energy of our showroom,
She continuously goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone that walks into our Centre feels welcome and special regardless of the reason for their visit,

For those customers that purchase, Nina makes sure every handover hamper is personalised and special to each customer by ordering and building their unique gift and also ensuring she is on hand for the big reveal too.

Nina also makes sure our aspirational visitors are also well looked after and that they receive the full Aston Martin Nottingham experience too, with no request being too much trouble.

Some people may think she is only doing her job but I can assure you she completely surpasses the expectation of the role and creates a real Celebrity Service and luxurious feel for everyone regardless of their status.

The customer in the past had purchased a purple Rolls Royce Dawn and the customer had painted her nail to match the colour.  Renee got the colour swatch of the Aventador the customer has chosen  and then  purchased the matching colour nail polish! She then arranged for the polish to be put in a presentation box along with a picture of the customer’s Aventador!
Class act!

Handover is on the 28th of April but knowing the customer quite well she/they will be so pleased with this thoughtful gift.

A lady called me last week asking if we had a certain mug in stock.

It is her husband’s birthday coming up and he had just smashed it, so she wanted to replace it for him.

We didn’t have any in stock, so I got parts to order her one in.

As she lives in Kibworth, it wasn’t ideal for her to come and collect it, so I arranged for it to be a stop on the parts delivery (with help of Dave Ashford).

It finally arrived yesterday, so I thought to make it extra special, I would wrap it up

She called for me this morning after it had been delivered stating she couldn’t thank me enough and that I had gone above and beyond to help her.

It’s the little things that matter

Amy Dawson

On Friday last week, one of Chris’ customers turned up without an appointment wanting to measure the boot of a Macan before he collected his on Saturday.

Since Chris was busy, Amy grabbed a tape measure and spent some time outside with him and his wife measuring the boot spaces.

When they looked in the Macan, there happened to be a bespoke boot liner inside which came when we purchased the car from the previous customer.

Now his face absolutely lit up when he saw that such a thing could be made and they had a lengthy conversation about his golfing and how it would be perfect for his golfing buggy.

So speaking to Jamie to make sure it was okay, (and with the help of Lydia) Amy removed it from the vehicle, got it all clean and put it into his new car ready for collection the following day.

Amy wasn’t there when he collected his car but he came in today and greeted her with two boxes of chocolates and many many thank yous, showed ushis nice tidy boot and kept saying how much he loved it.

Megan Watt

Megan started with us on January 4th of this year and has very quickly become accustomed to our way of Making it Special with our customers.

Megan quickly identified that our customer Mr & Mrs Mcleod had always fancied trying “Pirate Grog Rum” so after a quick google search Megan was able to source a bespoke gift in a little box that came with a personalised scroll with a lovely message for the handover. On top of this Megan also found out they had always wanted to try eating at the Dome in Edinburgh and we organised afternoon tea for two.

This was very well received by Mr & Mrs Mcleod and I feel that only two weeks in at that point it was a great way to find out those little pieces of crucial information that really make it special and bespoke for our customers.

Megan is been a strong, key member of the team and is very much involved with all of our customers.

I’m looking forward to seeing other 5-star reviews with Megan onboard and exceeding their expectations.

Mr & Mrs Mcleod were very happy and appreciative of the gifts. They thanked me, Stuart and Megan for the thoughtful gifts.

We had a customer come in yesterday to collect his new Macan and whilst Yasmin was making him a coffee he mentioned that he had just become a proud Grandfather for the first time to a new baby boy!! After looking at all the baby pictures Yasmin remembered that we had a cute outfit on display in the showroom so had it boxed up and gave it to him as a gift for his new Grandson!! He was delighted and very touched by the gesture.

One of our customers who frequently comes in has fallen ill in Hospital with Pneumonia. His son is bringing his car in for some work to be done on the 6th of Feb and we thought it would be nice to order him a box of Biscoff as we have noticed he always asks for a Latte and some Biscoff when he comes in.

Ewan & Megan came together to create a memorable handover for one of our Top clients.

They were in collecting their 2 of many cars they have (a collection of over 20 including Bugatti)

Ewan set the cars up in the showroom, blocked them off with ropes and poles creating a VIP section in the showroom.

Ewan had remembered from his interaction with the client, he is building a garage and calling it his Bakcave ( all his plates are BAK***) He found the client’s logo and put it on the big screen for his arrival.

The client came with many friends and family, and they were all blown away.

The family commented saying, they have collected many cars, but never experienced anything like this. The client reached out to Sid separately to thank the team for going above and beyond commenting the whole family will remember along with their social media followers as they streamed the whole thing.

One of our very loyal and lovely customers Mike collected his fantastic new vehicle.  Julie discovered it would be his birthday a couple of days later, so she and James, the Sales Executive, wanted to give him something special and personal.

Julie popped out to a local farm shop and handpicked items to produce a lovely bespoke luxury hamper that she knew he would love including champagne, Truffles, Gin etc ….

He was so delighted he invited Julie and James to his birthday celebrations 

Amrit Uppal and Ellie Avggousti

Hosts

We received a call asking for our help. A lady called Melissa asked if she could bring her son to the dealership. He has HFA (Hi Functioning Autism). She explained he is besotted by Ferrari.

Amrit offered to host Ollie and his family.
They had a great time.
Melissa wrote a lovely post on Instagram as below:

“A huge thank you to Ellie and Amarit today. This is Ollie who has HFA. He is besotted with Ferrari and it was teacher training day. My husband took him to your garage. My husband and Ollie were made to feel welcome the second they walked through the door.

Ellie noticed there was something special about our boy and went above and beyond to make this a really special day. Amrit took him to get some sweets. He came back with a presenter pack given by Ellie and he has not put it down.

My Husband called and he was nearly in tears at just how lovely they both were. From one mum to another I will be eternally grateful for how you made Ollie’s day today after a hard week. Keep doing what you are doing because you really are making a difference more than you know.”

Georgie had heard that Richard Taylor’s daughter had passed her driving test and was super excited as her dad had purchased her a new car.
Georgie purchased a new White Company air freshener along with a signed card from us here at the dealership. Richard was a little taken aback by the fact she had done that and couldn’t thank her enough .

When speaking with Richard Taylor we found out this his daughter had passed her driving test, he was so proud to tell us and we thought it was only right we sent her a little congratulations gift from the White Company, to say well done.

Lauren Cohen received a lovely email from a customer who visited the Graypaul Maserati Edinburgh Showroom thanking Lauren for their excellent experience visiting the dealership.

Hi Lauren,

My son, Liam, and I would like to thank you for your hospitality yesterday when we visited GrayPaul.

It was great to meet you and some of the team throughout the dealerships and the ‘approach-ability’ factor was second to none. Knowing that we (sadly due to lack of financial ability) were not prospective customers you and the team could not have made us more welcome and that means a lot. No wonder the existing client base speaks highly of you all.

I see the Autobahn Scotland date for the 13th of November at Queensferry, as you mentioned yesterday, and hope that we can make it. It looks like a great day, judging by the photos!

Ps started saving for the MC20. I hope to be able to raise the deposit by 2085!!

Kind regards and best wishes to you and ‘The Team’!

Our hosts, Amarit and Ellie saw a Dad and his lad outside the showroom this morning and invited them in… Below is what his mum Melissa Butler put on our Instagram account

Andrew Foster came in with his son Conor. Whilst in the bar chatting with Ellie, Conor mentioned it was his father’s birthday the weekend of the event, so Ellie took it upon herself to sort some passes for them both. Conor surprised his dad with the passes for his birthday and later thanked Ellie expressing how much of a lovely time they had.

We helped Conor Foster, the son of Mr Andrew Foster; Ferrari customer…. To arrange the surprise for his Dad to attend the TSR Motorshow. He was extremely overwhelmed and grateful for the experience!

A good customer of ours came in and dropped his car off for service and stopped for a quick chat and a coffee. During the conversation it was mentioned it was his 14th wedding anniversary that day. It was very much a passing comment but one that Michelle mentally noted.
Once the customer had left Michelle arranged for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered that day to the client with a card from the team congratulating them on their anniversary.
I think the customers comments say it all.

Hello team,We are not sure who to thank, but THANK YOU for the stunning flowers delivered today for our 14th wedding anniversary, we are both a little taken aback , again, thank you!

GEORGIE DEABILL

Mr Hill had requested through one of our hosts, Georgie, for some number plate stickers to affix a new set of plates to his car having transferred his private registration. Having been involved in getting the handover ready with the sales team, Georgia knew that the car was delayed at the factory which Mr Hill had taken very well. She also knew that his business was the breeding of birds of prey. Wanting to do something a bit more for him, she ordered a coffee table book on Falconry and sent it out to the client, and received the below email back to thank her.

Good morning, The Number Plate stickers have arrived this morning, thank you very much. A very special surprise has also arrived. WOW, WOW, WOW. It’s a book I don’t have and I will be looking forward to reading it cover to cover. Thank You and Everyone that has contributed to supplying me with a very special car. Please give my Thank You, to everyone at Graypaul Maserati. Thank You Again Richard Hill Falcon Mews Ltd

We have asked our Hosts to embrace people visiting and not buying a car, i.e families, children, and people who are generally interested in cars.
These people could be customers of the future. It is giving something back to the local community and also creates great word of mouth so we always want to look after them.

Hi

It was my son’s 6th birthday at the weekend and with him being Porsche mad we visited Porsche Leicester as a birthday treat.

We were greeted by Amy Dawson and once Amy found out it was my son’s birthday a bag of treats was presented to my son Tom.

Thank you to Amy and Porsche Leicester, Tom was made up!!

P.S Tom is already saving his birthday money for a 992 or a Cayman and I’m sure he will be doing business with you in the future!!

Winner second place

Our customer has had multiple cars from Sytner, so the handover gifts become harder and harder.

He does however love Ferraris and his Granddaughters more than anything.

Lucy has arranged for two Build-a-Bears to be made for the client. She has then sent the T-Shirts away to have them stitched with the client’s granddaughters names, a Cavallino and the Tricolore.

What an amazing gift and will bring the clients love for cars and being a grandfather closer together.

Thanks
Stuart

Chloe Pettitt

Showroom Host

Chloe always goes the Extra Mile with any person who enters our business regardless of the nature of their visit. I have had comments from delivery drivers up to customers collecting £200,000 cars and she treats every single person with the same level of service and respect.

This particular event involved making a very memorable experience for a young girl and her father (who weren’t purchasing customers):

This is a message for Chloe and her manager. I was in the area visiting some family and whilst in Leicester and being a Porsche fan, my 9-year-old daughter and I thought it would be nice to visit the local Porsche dealership. We were pleased to see you had a great stock of cars and my daughter was taking pics – she was very impressed with the 992 Turbo S in Crayon! But what made the visit to your dealership extra special was the politeness and warm welcome provided by Chloe.

We were greeted nicely and before we left Chloe very kindly presented my daughter with some posters and a Porsche pencil. This was something we weren’t expecting and was a very pleasant surprise. Not even our local Porsche dealer in the West Midlands has done this, so Jasmine (daughter) will always remember this trip of hers to Porsche Centre Leicester. I just wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you and provide some positive feedback for Chloe. I have a 992 GTS on order with another dealer, but with this level of service at your dealership and the fact I visit Leicester a fair amount due to my in-Laws being here, then I may use your dealership for servicing in the future.
